    I took my **** ******** ***** for a smog check. They were able to complete the smog check with no issues. At this business they also offer *** services. The employee who works the *** services area asked me if I would like to pay the fees owed on my registration since my smog check was finally complete and I said yes. She had asked me for my registration but I told her I didn’t have it with me with but that I had the paper *** had sent me to renew my registration that had my mine and my vehicle information on it and I also had the smog check form her colleague had just completed with my vehicle information. She began with verifying my information. When she was verifying my information she asked me if I had a **** ***** and I said no. That my vehicle was the **** ******** which is the vehicle her colleague had just finished doing a smog check for and all the paperwork that was provided to her was for a **** ********. She completed the transaction and gave me my paperwork. When I got home I was reviewing the papers she gave me and she provided me with me someone else’s registration. The registration she provided me with was for a ****** ********* for a vehicle that’s a **** *****. I returned to the business the following day on 11/21/2024 I let the same employee know that she had provided me with someone else’s registration. She stated that she couldn’t do anything about it. I told her that the transaction she made and the money I paid for went to someone else’s registration. She kept repeating there was nothing she could do on her end. Although it was her responsibility to verify everything before submission. I asked her for a refund to try to solve it through *** and she declined and stated that I should talk to my bank. I bank with ***** and they let me know that because the transaction had gone through they were no longer able to stop the payment or help me get a refund back.
