    Sevyn Property Management vetted us as tenants for our private landlord who owns the property. Sevyns role was to run background checks, curate our lease, do preliminary walk-through, hand over keys and to collect the First month of rent and deposits. We are to pay our landlord directly for the remainder of our lease and despite this Sevyn has continued to attempt to charge us for monthly rent and late fees. I have contacted them multiple times about this issue and had very little communication on their end. They fixed the issue last month (with no communication to me) and this month have told me Ill take care of that today on Thursday April 3. It is now Monday April 07 and the charges have been assessed late fees. This is unacceptable and could effect my credit score. In short, they are attempting to charge us rent which has already been paid directly to our landlord and has failed to communicate and address this issue.
