    They sent an envelope with prices for picture packages and it states that taxes are included with price. This is if you send cash or a check in the envelope back to the school along with your child on picture day. There is also an option to purchase the picture packages on their website. The prices of the packages are listed the same price as shown then the sent home envelope. If you checkout on the website it is the same price as the sent home envelope ( taxes are included with price). At the checkout online you are then also paying a **** % tax. If price already includes tax why am I paying tax again. No where does it state on the website that there is a processing fee for purchasing online or a credit card fee. It states that it is TAX ****%. Company said it is online credit card fee. They are miss informing customer of that the tax fee is actually a credit card fee. It is actually paying tax twice. They also do not send a order confirmation to clearify the charges.

    On August of 2022 I made an ordered of $23.00 for school picture day. The school work with Studio 1. But on the picture day my child cried and the photographer from Studio 1 refused to take her picture. But the company still cashed my check. So I called them on September of 2022 asking for refund and they said it take 3 or 4 weeks for me to received my refund check. But nothing happen. Then this year in August of 2023 I contacted them again they still said they will processed the refund but still I did not received any refund from the company. Now is September of 2023. They still did not refund my money. My child name is ******************* School: ************************* *******, ** *****

    This business charges for pictures they never intend on taking. Our school unfortunately still does business with this company despite there being multiple reports of pictures not being taken, kids not getting pulled from class for a picture, them taking money for orders and not documenting their policies clearly.

    This business knowingly takes money for pictures with no intent to confront the issues they have with their staff, professionalism just goes out the window. I want my money back in the same way they receive it. Under no circumstance should you be advertising orders that can’t be placed if you intend on placing an expiration on a link

    Dear Ms. ******,

    Could you please provide me the name of your child and school name? Did you order pictures online or with a payment envelope? If online, what is your order number? 

    I would like more clarification regarding your complaint. I would assume that your child was not photographed and we received your money. Please note that if this occurs, the payment is refunded once the orders are reconciled with the remittance. Regarding the children not being photographed, we always photograph everyone in the fall and in the spring, the general policy is to photograph only the children with payments. This is clearly indicated to both the school and on advertisement material sent home with the children. The teachers send the children to the photographer who have payment. If a child were missed, we have no knowledge of this as we photograph all children who are sent to the photography area. Parent helpers are generally used at each school to ensure those children with remittance are photographed.

    I contact Studio 1 via email on 11/27/2022 and called on 11/28/2022 in regards to my order only being half received. On 11/30/2022, I still had not any response so I contacted them on 11/30/2022 stating "Hello, I'm trying to get a hold of someone in regards to my order. I've emailed & called & have not received a response. I need the rest of my order that I paid for. Someone needs to get back to me." They responded back requesting information which I provided. They asked for this info several times over the next few days. They also claim that they tried contacting me but I received nothing. I let them know I need my pictures quickly to have them in time for christmas cards. Then on 12/03/2022, they sent a text stating that they would be sending my pictures via mail to my home. I contacted them again yesterday asking for my pictures & they respond that they would be shipped out next week. I let them know I need them quickly & they respond that they'll be shipped out next week, there was no urgency to correct this issue that was their fault to begin with. I want my pictures & my money back for this delay & lack of customer service. This is just wrong on their part, I spoke with them today & my pictures are sitting in their office. It's unbelieveable that they don't seem to care the issues this is causing me for christmas time. if they don't fix this with what I'm asking. I will make sure the school does not use them ever again & they'll be losing more than just what I am requesting

    School photographer, choice was selected by children's school . Paid $160 for two kids. One pose was all we got to choose from no choices. One child's picture came out blurry the other child was crying. What did they do to my child. We did a make up a month later, same child now looks scared in the photo, what did they do and again only one pose to choose from. Lack of support and communication, texting is their mode of communication, not a live person. Terrible quality, terrible service, terrible memories. Kindergarten photos we'll never get back. Horrible experience.
