    Dear Self Storage representative,Today I received a letter from my house stating that my storage fees are going to increase from $289 to $325.00.I have never not missed paying my storage fees since Ive been there since May 2023. Therefore, today I called the number posted on the letter to discuss this matter, and it went to voicemail. I received a call on September 11, ********************************* to pay my bill.On October 10 I received a call from I Storage a reminder to pay my bill.Each month I pay auto pay and the check comes in the mail directly to the ********************* facility. According to my records I begin renting the unit at iStorage in May 2023, I hadnt received a courtesy call or an email.On June 13, 2023, I received a receipt, thanking me for paying my bill ** June 2023, IStorage asked for proof of insurance or else they would increase my storage fee.On September 2023, iStorage notified that the system was down and late fees would not be incurred because of this big problem with your auto pay. On September 2023, I received a welcome to new tenant portal with I Storage 8105.On October 9, 2023, I got an account past due notice message on my email. I had to call to get it straightened out because the person receiving the bill didnt look in the mail to see that the money was there. On November 9, 2023, I received an email telling me I was past due. I sent back a email instructing them to check their mail. And after that, I get an email, thanking me for the payment there. This was the second or third month this has happened. I had dealt with them calling me to ask me where my payment was without checking The mail to ensure that Ive sent in my payment. After getting email or telephone calls reminding me to pay my bill. I ended up responding back in the November email that I felt it was harassment and that I don't need a notice after I sent in that email I get a notice telling me that there are increasing my storage fee. I dont feel this is fair and I feel like I need to take it to a higher level to get resolution on this. Please respond to me immediately. Use your facility for a year and you want to increase this isnt the first attempt. Lets talk and discuss this matter before I need to take matter higher. For your cooperation. Your storage unit came highly recommended by a friend of mine. Whos been there for many years and he is appalled that Im being treated like this. Especially after I have not missed a payment. At this point , no one has contacted me from this company even though Ive made plenty of those on their website to talk.Sincerely and truthfully submitted,
