    We hired company for sewer inspection one week ago and they scheduled us for this Friday between 3-5pm So we called every 30min to check eta, but they always push time for 1hr ahead. Last our call was 3:30 and they said we have to wait another 1:30min maybe more. But we doing constraction at our place and we pay hotly for all our *** contractors And asked about any discounts or something like that and straight after that they decided just cancel us last minute. But we already spent all day to wait

    We were called by Mr. ******* to schedule a same day camera inspection. We provided an arrival window of 12-3pm, as we are a service that provides emergency plumbing services to ***************** We did in fact receive calls every 30 minutes from the customer. Each time, we attempted to provide an accurate time line. We were on an emergency for a hospital prior to Coffee Waves appointment. The emergency was taking longer than expected, in which we informed *********** During each call Mr. ******* harassed the employees, demanding for us to pay for the laborers onsite, demanding a  large discount to his service,  threatened with one star reviews, BBB Complaints, contacting the better business bureau due to our delay. We apologized and attempted to explain the reason for our delay. The threats continued with Mr ******** We ultimately informed the customer we were in fact canceling the appointment due to the constant harassment and threats. We reserve the right to  refuse service to anyone. There was no fees charged to the customer.
