    ° Medication for 2-day delivery on 17 November 2022 from California to Nebraska in the amount of $55.90.
    ° I returned to California on 30 November 2022 and did not receive my medicine until 5 December 2022 after my relationship with the store became hostile. I felt bullied by J**** and employee of the store concerning a refund for non-delivery on my needed medication.
    ° First offered no refund, $20 refund, $30 refund then a $34 refund that my son has yet to receive.
    ° Was told by J**** that the 2-day delivery is not guaranteed. Had I paid for 1-day delivery I'd be able to get the refund.
    ° 2-day delivery implies just that! Why am I being charged a premium price for no guaranteed service? It doesn't make sense.

    We would first like to apologize on behalf of the UPS for failing to meet your expectations. As per The UPS Store terms and conditions any Ground, 3 Day Select, or 2nd Day Air Service is not guaranteed it is only estimated. The only guaranteed service the UPS offers is 1 Day (Next Day Service). Our customer making the dispute opted for the 2nd Day service then signed and acknowledged our agreement. We understand it can be confusing for someone not familiar with the services especially when expectations are not met. Our initial response to our customer was that we could not refund the service as per our agreement. Considering how long the package took to be located by the UPS we decided to make an exception and partially refund and waive the cost of the intercepted and returned package in order to ease the dispute. Please understand this type of exception to uncommon considering the large volume of packages generated at this specific location. Despite making the exception the customer was not satisfied and wanted more than what was offered. As of 12/12/2022 the returned package and partial refund was accepted by the customer.
