    Hi On February 5, 2025 ProClean Steam Carpet Cleaning came to clean my carpets. S******* and his assistant arrived at my home at approximately 8:30 am. They were going to be cleaning my master bedroom , my living room and my game room. They were going to be cleaning the carpets. We did a walk thru of the bedroom, living room and game room. We went over the areas that needed extra attention he said he would take care of those areas. He stated he would be a few hours I replied 'ok'. He started in the master bedroom then did the living room then ended in the game room. once he was finished he stated that it would take 24 to 48 hrs for the carpets to dry I paid him and he and his assistant gathered there machines and left. A few days later i noticed white spots on most of my furniture in the rooms that he cleaned. I called his company immediately and stated to them that most of my furniture had a white residue on it that was not previously there and it looks like over spray from there machine. I called them on Friday February 7, 2025 they stated they would come at look at the furniture Monday February 10 , 2025 at 6 pm. I sent them pictures to 805-674-9744 which is the number on there business card on Saturday February 8, 2025. S******* and his wife arrived at my home on Monday February 10, 2025 at 6 pm. He first went into my master bedroom and looked at my bed sprayed a chemical on it that did not take the white residue off but took off my beds wood stain on my bed frame. He then went into the other 2 rooms and said it was chemical over spray and that they must not have wiped it off and that he was very sorry could he come back on Wednesday with a wood guy and look at it. I said sure but I would like a copy of his insurance. He went to his car came back in and gave me the copy . After that I never heard from him again he never showed up that Wednesday with the wood guy. I called him for 2 weeks and he never returned my calls. I tried to file a claim and its been a
