    I believe Gocashback.com is a SCAM that will not pay cashback to clients who do online shopping through their website.I purchased a few items HOBOBAGS through Gocashback.com, from which I was offered 5% cashback on July 25th (Order No.:20000668585 and *********** ). But Gocashback.com missed my awards. When I tried to file claims by uploading order confirmation, I was informed by a pop-up message: "The merchant does not support retrieving data" and then the process of claiming was terminated. I reached out to them for assistance but never received feedback. Yes, that is it. No cash back and no customer service. They just lured you by advertising a false cashback. Stay away from them to avoid hassle.

    We just want to set proper expectations that we are not doing any scam and our website is legit, cashback is provided to those account who's order are qualified for cashback based on what terms and conditions merchant provided on how to qualify orders for cashback.


    We apologize if the order that you have made from HOBOBAGS did not reflect or added in to your account, when you are doing the order, you have routed directly to their website not using our order portal to make this order tracked or added automatically in your account.

    We can make an appeal to review missing orders from the merchant if they accept missing order inquiry but this is only available and can be done with merchants that allow and accept order review. From what you have seen on the pop up message, that the merchant does not accept order inquiry, there is nothing that we can do about it, this is with them and the terms and conditions they provided to us being one of our affiliated stores.

    I just checked our email inboxes and spam folder, we never get any email complaint or asking assistance from you, can you provide to me the email address that you have used to ask help? We never delete nor ignore emails in the system. 

    I hope this explains everything in regards with your missing order and the email you said you sent to us.

    I will wait for your reply or you can send email directly at ********************** letting us know that you are this person who has complains with missing order from HOBOBAGS.

    I signed up for an account for Etoro clicking through GoCashBack for an advertised $120 cash back on 11/6/2022. I have provided proof of account opening and ownership and meeting the requirements of the offer, but GoCashBack has kept delaying my payout. It has already been 7 months and I have been continually contacting support waiting for my money but still haven't received it. Please add the cash back to my account as soon as possible as promised.

    We really do apologize for this incident and for the inconvenience this has caused to you. 

    We would like like to set proper expectations that all of the data and information that we have here and posted in the website are merchant provided. All of the order review and cashback calculation is also merchants discretion.

    The order that you are claiming from us is a missing order that needs confirmation from merchant (ETORO) itself to see if this qualified for cashback which will be needing proof of transaction from them and we are saddened to inform you that ETORO is not responding to all of the follow up that we sent over to them. Our team did their best to have this resolve and address all of the missing orders to give the eligible cashback to the orders they made. 

    If this claim for missing cashback can't be confirmed by the merchant, this will not be added to your account and cashback is not included in it. We made an appeal to them to help you with this claim and they do not participate of the process which will only mean that the claim you submitted will not be qualified for any cashback unless they say so.

    We give cashback based on the merchants review and when merchant paid the cashback on it since we only get commisions out from all orders that was reviewed and given cashback by merchants.

    This order of yours is still not qualified for any cashback unless ETORO forwarded the information that this earns cashback from them.

    I hope this explains everything in regards with the process, we always make sure that we give our extended support to all of our users.

    Between 11/17/22 and 11/29/22 I made multiple purchases through the Gocashback.com shopping portal. This is a portal that allows you to get cashback on online purchases. I made a number of significant purchases that amounted to $262.50 in cashback. This all tracked correctly on the website but it still hasnt gone payable. On April 10, 2023 I reached out to their support and received a response they were still waiting on payment from the vendor and to be patient. I reach out to them a month later in May and received no response. I reached again in late May and to date havent received a response. My ask of Gocashback is to issue a payment to me in the amount of the $262.50 they owe me. It is unfortunate I have to use the BBB but they will not respond to my inquires. My account name with them is mct14331 and my email address with them is *******************

    We apologize for this inconvenience, we would like to set proper expectations and clarifications that we from GoCashBack only collect commissions out from the orders made using our order portal that qualifies cashback. 

    All of the data that we have here are merchant provided and they do have different speed of checking and reviewing orders online. Once review is done, a data will be forwarded to ** and we post this with the users account and we wait for them to pay us the cashback amount qualified for each order. In your case, the cashback were pending and we already made a follow up for this to the merchant to pay the cashback of those orders that has qualifying cashback to add this in your account. 

    We make sure that we respond to all of the emails we get from our users, your email was answered within 24 hours after receiving this in the system

    I hope this explains everything about your concern, we are doing our best to resolve each problem we encountered for our users. a follow up will be given to them again about this.

    Gocashback had an advert for *****. The requirements were to sign up for an account and complete one trade. I signed up on 11/4 and completed the trade within a week. There was no tracking from Gocashback for my click so I opened in total of 3 tickets. After the last ticket was denied even though all required proofs were uploaded. They deleted the history from my clicks, implying that I never visited Etoro at all. I demand my $120 cash back as advertised.

    I opened the account on 11/5 (account name ***************), deposited $2000 (11/8) and made the required trade (11/21). I emailed cogashback and have not received any response back.

    This merchant "*****" will be needing proof of purchase that has order/reference number, order amount, and order date for them to check this, review and approve your order in the system. You did not respond to the email with the instruction of how you can do it in order for us to submit an appeal.

    Please do check your email from the last email we sent out to you for us to be better assist you. We cannot help you with this claim unless you cooperate providing order details that cannot be found in our system as a proof that you made the orders using our website.

    The account was opened on 11/5, funded on 11/8 and a trade made 11/21.

    The $120 has not posted to my gocashback account.

    I don't understand the company's response.

    I used a gocashback promo for Etoro which promised $120 for opening an Etoro account through gocashback and doing one trade.

    The offer is described here- https://www.doctorofcredit.com/etoro-brokerage-240-bonus-plus-50-120-portal-bonus/ (the offer through gocashback.com is no longer active).

    I previously forwarded all the proof of the account opening and the single trade.

    Please simply credit my gocashback.com account ([email protected]) with $120 as I have already proven I met the requirements.

    Hi,

    I have checked emails from our customers and found out that we assisted this customer before. I attached a screenshot as proof that we did inform and ask this customer to submit a claim for a missing cashback last November 25, 2022 and we did not get any response from this customer.

    All of the customers who open an account with ***** will receive an email confirmation with reference number, date it was created, and the amount deposited for trade.

    We need to have the screenshot of the email that they received for us to make an appeal and have ***** check this picture for verification that the order was made using our portal and that this can be added to their account.
