They scam money out of you, they pulled money from my account that wasn't authorized to be pulled. They dont explain what you are getting into when they make you offers, and then you get pulled into deals you are not realizing you are entering into. Its July and they pulled money from my account supposedly for something back in February. I was never notified they were pulling it. I just seen through my bank it was pulled. And I called and found out it was from something back in February. Be careful if you are deciding to enter into any deals with this company they are crooks, and i just noticed they are not supported by BBB. I guess from now on I'll be checking that out.

I bought a 2700 series printer last year and I always use HP ink cartridges. I don't use my computer or printer often. Yesterday, I tried to print a document and the black ink cartridge will not work at all. I reinstalled the printer and bought a new HP black ink cartridge. I finally went to the help screen and was told that I needed to sign up for one of their ink programs before I could be allowed to print. I bought the printer and I refuse to let this company hold my printer hostage until I enter one of the ink programs. I will never by anything that is ** again!

I have a serious medical condition and on 7/24/2025 my HP printer would not print a very important document. I am over 65 years of age and spent hours trying to get my documents printed. It was concluded that I no longer purchased ink from instant ink and they electronically shut my printer down until they received my new credit card number. I complied with their demands and HP instant ink allowed me to print the documents. This extremely stressful incident caused me to fall ill and have an anxiety attack of which I am still recovering .HP should not be able to shut down my purchased printer in the sanctity of my own home. ** has invaded my privacy by monitoring my printer and holding it hostage until ** paid their ******.

** has developed a scheme to charge over and over again for products you have paid for. They simply delete the system Drivers and offer to download new Drivers for a price. In my case they first wanted almost $700 but after seeing that I was a Veteran and Senior Citizen the dropped it to $400. I have an HP OfficeJet 5252 Printer that is NOT working because we can't download Drivers. My system failed to Scan a while back and they wanted several hundred dollars to download Drivers, but a complaint to the *** brought that to a halt.

I have owned an HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw printer for several years. It works perfectly. On July 1, I could no longer print and was given a message that the printer has an "Expired Certificate" effective June 30. I called support and was told that support is no longer available because it is an obsolete printer. The "certificate" was valid from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2025. I offered to buy a new certificate but was told that was impossible. My call was routed through five different individuals all the way to the supervisor. It seems a bad business practice to stop a consumer from using a perfectly good piece of hardware on an arbitrary date and offer no workaround. I would think that such practice should not be allowed by law.

It'd be hard to find a more dishonest and obstructive business than **. If you go to their website to ask them to honor a warranty, they recommend you start with a chat agent. After waiting half an hour, the chat agent will tell you that they can't handle warranties and you should call their main phone number instead. The other number has the wrong hours posted on their website, so get ready for disappointment. It then has an AI gatekeeper with broken software-- it will ask for your serial number, then tell you that its serial number registration feature is broken. But you can't proceed without a serial number, and it refuses to connect you with a human operator. If you request a call from **, they say they will call you within a certain time window, and after you wait and wait, they never call. I've now invested more than 3 hours trying to speak with them about my warranty, and am losing hope that I ever can.... which is probably the reason they designed their system this way in the first place.
