    ********* is great but they have no customer support. i paid my subscription but they changed me back to free. I have a paid receipt. their AI system just runs you in circles and their ai phone support literally lies to you and is outdated. there is no support and I see that there are hundreds of people with annual plans dumped and there is no response from xAI. their bots are telling me I've been escalated in support on a very simple matter. but after a couple days I just don't believe it.Evidently they have a no refunds policy. if I don't get this resolved soon i may try a chargeback. Too bad. I liked supergrok.I guess if you ant to send a DM you have to have a paid account so in essence I would have to pay them 8/mo to be able to tell them to turn the service I paid for back on.
