I requested to pick it uo on 1/27 as I was in town- call was not returned 1/31 after multiple emails, Louis Vuitton said they would sent it out Multiple calls and emails. Item has not been sent out for delivery as agreed upon. Store will not return Louis Vuitton customer care reps ********** For whatever reason the store does not have a direct line to call.I was told this would be returned almost 2 weeks ago and I would have to be home for signature which I agreed to, but nothing has been shipped, not tracking number has been provided and no one will return my call or email. I also left an email and vm for another store associate: ***** and have not heard back from her either. I'd like my purse sent back to me.Have sent multiple
