    Complaint: Unauthorized Billing Following Confirmed ******************************* We are filing this complaint due to unauthorized billing and lack of response from Firewi Industries LLC.We requested cancellation of our internet service on June 13, 2025, and Firewi acknowledged and confirmed receipt of this request both via the customer portal and email correspondence. They acknowledged and confirmed the cancellation on June 13, 2025 via their customer portal. They also agreed to arrange pickup of their equipment, further confirming that the service had been deactivated.Despite this, Firewi continued to charge our account on June 18 and July 18, 2025, for services that had already been canceled. These charges were unauthorized and made after explicit confirmation that service would be discontinued. They do not allow you to remove or edit your account payment details. We attempted to resolve this matter directly by contacting Firewi more than 10 times via email, phone, and their customer portal. As of today, we have received no response to our follow-ups and no action has been taken by the company to issue a refund or confirm that our billing details have been removed.Due to the lack of response and continued billing, we formally disputed the charges through our bank (***************). The bank is now actively investigating the matter and pursuing a business fraud claim.Requested Resolution:A formal written acknowledgment that our service was canceled effective June 13, 2025 Confirmation that our credit card and billing details have been permanently removed Assurance that no further charges will be made to our account A review of *********************** internal billing and customer service practices to prevent further occurrences
