    Signed up to gain insight on local agents' closed volume. Found out that was locked behind an additional paywall, so i cancelled my subscription 24 hours later. Found out you can't cancel online, you have to contact ListReports via email. There's no phone number to call. Their website leans on an AI chat bot instead of a human being. I initiated the cancellation in February and was told via email that the cancellation was confirmed. They've since charged me twice. Upon recently discovering this I emailed them again notifying them of the issue. They said they showed no record of my cancellation and asked for screenshots of my emails (are you kidding me!??!?!?!). I provided those screenshots 4 days ago and still nothing, now I'm writing this review as a result. What an absolutely deplorable company - you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

    i got ripped off by these folks. A completely incompetent group of nobody's that hide behind a computer keyboard. My CC was fraudulently charged after specifically telling them I was not signing up due to my experience trying to learn about the platform. NO service, NO ability to speak with anyone. Criminals!
