    I havent been to the business for 2 months and had no appointments scheduled because I put my account on hold. The business in ******** texted me and said it was changing its business and then I received a notice from this location in ********* saying that they would be taking over their business. I was not interested in going to Oceanside so I didnt schedule anything and moved on to another salon. Then suddenly they charged my account and are refusing to return my money.

    I went in and got my lashes done. After a few days (less than a week). All most ALL of my lashes fell out. I contacted them and told them that and they told me thats to bad. I then went in and the manager told me I would have to pay extra to get them filled back in and did not give any sympathy or remorse. I asked for a partial refund or even a free fill for the same hybrid that I got done a few days ago. I then left a review on yelp and the manager called and left multiple voicemails asking if I wanted a $10 credit to my account. What isnt even enough money to buy the eye lash wash they recommended using. Which I bought when i originally got my lashes done
