    Im leaving this review to warn other small business owners about Paylidify and their sales approach. I was contacted by a lead generator claiming to offer a free merchant statement review to help me reduce processing fees. Thinking it was a neutral evaluation, I provided my statementbig mistake.What followed was a series of increasingly aggressive and unprofessional messages from one of their sales ***s. **** I expressed disinterest, I was met with pushy rebuttals, sarcastic comments, and condescending explanations about how I dont understand sales. **** I brought up concerns over misleading language and compliance, the *** dismissed it entirely and resorted to personal insultsincluding criticizing my tone, twisting my words, and refusing to accept a simple no.Ive since spoken directly with my current merchant services provider, who confirmed line-by-line that my system is fully PCI compliant and in good standing. There was no need for Paylidify to be involved in the first place.Bottom line: If you value professionalism, transparency, and respect, I suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of merchant service providers who know how to sell without trying to bully or shame business owners into switching.

    This is a follow-up to my original review of Paylidify.While my initial review was edited to meet BBB guidelines, I feel it's important to share the full extent of my experience, especially the part that was omitted.After being contacted by a lead generator offering a free merchant statement review, I provided my statement expecting a neutral consultation. What I received instead was a high-pressure sales approach, misleading claims, and ultimately, deeply unprofessional conduct from a representative.After I declined further contact, I received calls from a blocked number, one of which included a conversation that left me truly disturbed. During that call, the representative mocked my voice, told me I sounded depressed, and then suggested I should "end it" a statement that was completely inappropriate and beyond unacceptable in any context, let alone a sales interaction.I want to make it clear: this comment is not intended to violate BBB standards, but rather to ensure the severity of what happened is acknowledged. I have already filed complaints directly with Paylidify and with other appropriate agencies. I sincerely hope this information makes it to someone within the company who takes it seriously, as no oneespecially a small business ownershould be subjected to that kind of treatment.If youre considering Paylidify, I urge you to proceed with extreme caution.

    Not trustable, tells lies, has very bad customer service, and expensive charges, they don't commit to their commitments. I do not recommend them at all or be very careful and ask them to give all commitment in writing (even though they do not care in written commitments too)
