      This company stands by their products. When I had an issue, they immediately sent me out a replacement! The customer service goes above and beyond!

      I bought a 12V ATV from Best Choice that shortly after I got it developed an electrical problem. The company I bought it through said they couldn't help me. I was able to contact *** directly and after explaining what happened and what I had already done they offered me a FREE replacement. They were sorry for what happened and showed thier concern with their offer. Since then I have received the new ATV and my great grandson rides it every day. I thought it was a great company who was concerned about delivering a good product and taking care of their customers

      I ordered a 10ft umbrella and a suggested base, but upon receiving it and setting it up, the umbrella would spin and not stay in place and at one point the wind blew it over. I contacted Best Choice asking for advice how to fix this. They ask me what base I had, and I told them. Apparently, I had been advised on the wrong base by mistake. They proceeded to tell me that they were going to refund me for the wrong one. Once I received that, I ordered the correct one. It was handled so quickly and efficiently. ******* customer service. They are a very nice and understanding company. I will always purchase from this company.

      I bought a 7 piece patio set and almost immediately the same set was $100 cheaper through another BCP provider. BCP was so fast with processing my ordering & shipping that I couldnt cancel. They were super attentive to my request for a refund and provided labels for me to send onr of the sets back once it arrived. ***** picked up the shipment and it was returned. I was issued a full refund. They respond fast on email and are very professional. Ill buy from them solely based off the customer service I received.

      I have shopped with Best Choice Products now for over 10 years and their products are fantastic. They look great, are extremely durable, and their prices are nearly impossible to beat. We have purchased, and still own, multiple out door sets, such as a table with multiple types of seating we use in our sunroom, two outdoor rockers with table, and just recently another outdoor set for the patio in Black/Peacock - the color is fantastic! We had an issue with one piece of the new furniture arriving damaged, but after a quick chat with their customer service, it was taken care of and a replacement was sent almost immediately. I have never experienced customer service like this before. I highly recommend them for anyone needing outdoor furniture and more.

      I ordered a zero gravity chair for my daughter in law for her birthday. When it came we noticed some of the threads on the pad were coming loose. I contacted them and they resolved my situation immediately!!!! I would definitely recommend their products!

      I recently purchased an umbrella, unfortunately it was a stand alone umbrella, not one that fits in a dining table. I contacted Best Choice about a return. They were very helpful, I dropped the umbrella off at a ***** store, with a free return, and received my refund promptly. I will definitely buy from Best Choice again.

      Bought 2 umbrellas LAST year. Only use them during summer, east coast. Opened them up and found a missing piece, causing the umbrella to not open fully. *** offered whole umbrella replacement for the missing piece, well beyond the warranty time. We declined due to finding a piece to fix the issue. Great customer service!! Have since made more purchases. Great company to do business with! They stand behind their products.

      Purchased two metal raised bed planters from them in May. They started rusting in July when they were full of dirt and vegetables. After some back and forth they sent me two new planters. They are a good company to work with. I have also purchased outdoor sectionals from them and we are still happy with them 2 years later.

      My wife and I purchased an offset umbrella for our poor to provide some shade. The customer service representative I spoke to was terrific. We love our umbrella. Great quality and it was a fair price as well. I would highly recommend the company Best Choice Products for anyone making a purchasing decision.
