    I have rented from this company for two years and have not needed maintenance until now. It has been over 3 weeks with no AC in this heat. No AC in these temperatures are considered an emergency. I have called, texted, emailed multiple times, only to be told that they owner will not approve the $700 repair needed and will not respond to their communication requesting him to do so. This is not the resident's problem. This is between the two of them. Pure Property Management should be paying for the repair, providing the customer service warranted and dealing with the owner on their own. Not having the resident wait. This is completely unacceptable. Don't rent from them unless you expect poor service. They are not an accredited BBB business, no surprise. I asked for the supervisor's supervisor, and I was told that he didn't have one.

    This property management company refuses to return calls. I received an email that there was a water leak at my property. They charged $85 to send someone out to tell me they couldn't find a problem but there was water all over the floor. They asked for permission to send out a plumber for $250. I agreed. I attempted for nearly a month to get a status update. Nobody would return my call. I was highly concerned that there continued to be a problem so I contacted the tenant directly and hired someone directly to go out and determine it was that the rain gutters were clogged. Then I see that they charged my account $350 not the agreed upon $250 and they never repaired a thing! Additionally, I had asked that when the tenant's lease was up on 6/30/25 that the rent be raised $100 per month. They failed to notify the tenant so I am losing $100 a month with nobody returning my calls or emails. I've attempted at lease a half dozen times. Each time I do get ahold of someone they tell me the person who was overseeing my account either quit, got transferred or is on vacation. I have attempted to cancel their service but nobody will respond to my calls or emails to confirm and meanwhile the tenant and I are in limbo trying to figure out what to do next.

    My rental home was managed by Pure Property for 2 years, but I decided to cancel the service on June 30, 2025. I gave Pure Property 2 months notice. I was told by Mr.******* ***** that $3500 deposit will be deposited to my bank account, but I never received.

    2-26-2025 filed a maintenance request regarding bat urine and feces, on 3-1-2025 the request was completed and it never was. I texted the property manager on 3-5-2025. She asked for pictures regarding the bats, so I sent her pictures. On 3-7-2025 she said that she was sending out a vendor to take care of the issue, no one ever came. I attempted to clean the bat f**** up. It is now 3-13-2025 and no one has came. The bat f**** and urine can cause respiratory issues, I have an 8 month old child that has been sick for months. This property management company is terrible there is many other things that they havent done in regards to the unit we are living in but when it comes to the issue at hand it shouldve been resolved already.
