    NO STAR! MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED $59.99 SINCE MARCH and I have not received not anything.... NOTHING except charging me. ****** and refund ASAP. Very disappointed. If I am paying that, I would like to be learning something but I cannot get anyone on the phone. This is a huge scam!

    I signed up for their free, no-risk one month trial. I cancelled 2 hours later because I realized that it would not meet my needs. I was charged anyway.

    Oh, how I wish I had checked the BBB before attempting to take a class with study.com. I say attempt because I finished the course and required projects to receive college credit, only to be sitting here waiting for my projects to be graded 4 weeks after I have submitted them. At first study.com help desk was helpful in emailing about the issues, but it was escalated to someone else who then told me there was no account with my email listed, so I take screenshots of said study.com account showing my email, along with screenshots of my charges and when they happened all sent on 8/14/2025 and I have heard nothing back. The customer service number is a joke as you have to leave a message for someone to reach back out. Here is hoping I get the credit for the 32 hours class I took.

    I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way Study.com has handled my situation. I have been waiting far too long for my courses to be graded, and this delay has completely stopped my progress. I could have already completed additional courses, but instead I am stuck all while continuing to pay for my subscription. The system only allows me to enroll in 3 courses at a time, and since those are completed but ungraded, I am blocked from moving forward.I have reached out to contact support multiple times and received no real help or response. I even called the phone number provided and never got a call back. I have tried every possible way to get assistance, and it is unacceptable that I am being ignored.What makes this worse is that I am paying for the College Saver subscription, which is not cheap, and yet I am receiving absolutely no support or service in return. This lack of attention and accountability is ************* this point, unless this issue is resolved immediately, I have no other choice but to cancel my subscription. I refuse to keep paying for something I cannot use.

    Support Ticket #*******- I've reached out about this and have multiple support tickets open. I'm not getting the help that is needed, and I'm very, very upset about how this is being handled. While I understand you might be understaffed or not have someone to grade assignments. I need actual updates and need my assignments graded ASAP. According to the course assessments, it shouldn't take more than a week to be graded. I submitted those assessments over a week ago. The first assessment was submitted almost two weeks ago. I need to finish this course and send the transcript to my college within the next week to meet the deadline. If not, this is going to mess up my financial aid and my course schedule, and I'm paying for this service through you guys. Then, when I reached out over a week ago for help, I was told I would get an update. I've reached out several times, and that's the only thing I'm being told. On top of that, your phone line doesn't reach anyone, and I have to wait for a call back, which hasn't happened. I'm incredibly disappointed with the lack of responses and the lack of support you have shown for this. My college keeps asking me to reach out and to contact the support team, but I'm not getting anywhere. On top of that, I keep getting the automated responses about how I'm behind schedule with this course when I've been finished for two weeks........ Which honestly adds salt to the wound. Please, can I get my assignments graded so I can continue onto my transition courses to start my Master's?

    This site seemed great. The video learning was very low quality. The customer service is horrible! Price per month is horrible. 30$/month for nothing. You have to pay 60$/month to actually get something out of the site even that is very limited plus you can not test the site to even see if its worth it. This subscription was made not by me and customer support said to that they closed my case. And kept sending numerous emails that they closed the case. AND REFUSED to give any satisfactory help. They rob you and then tell you to take it up with your bank. If thats the case of how business handle these situations then the banks are going to need new protocols. People should NOT be held responsible because companies want to rob people and the banks are worthless about protecting their clients. DO NOT USE study.com Do your research and definitely look into BBB because EVERYONE is saying the same things. These companies need to be forced to shut down since they want to take advantage of people. If anyone else did these things that **** of these businesses get away with they would be locked in prison.

    I submitted an assignment for "Computer Science 307: Software Engineering" two weeks ago, but it still hasn't been graded. I reached out to support, but that didnt resolve the issue. After a few days, they replied saying they had forwarded my request to an account specialist, but I havent received any follow-up since.I also tried resubmitting the assignment, but the website returns an error message along the lines of An unexpected error occurred.I tried to call them a couple days ago. They asked to leave a message but did not call ******* idea what to do now. They just ignore my requests. Maybe sharing my experience with others make them finally do something.

    I have till the 29th which is today and it let me take one test and put both my assignments in but it won't let me take the second even though I had the extra test. When I message them about it they refused to extended to the end of day and then sent my the list of agreements which didn't have a set time that said it would be paused, when I asked for the end of day they just said that they don't do that even though I had til the 29th. I brought up the fact that it doesn't state that and they didn't care or try to resolve it

    I have mostly been pleased with study.com until I finished my coursework and went to transfer credits. I have a course I finished a couple weeks ago, and its been 15 days since I turned in the final assignment but they have not graded it and support is ignoring my messages and I cant get an answer on if or when it will be graded so I cant transfer the credits. It seems as though once your subscription is over they stop offering any support and stop grading assignments that were turned in well before the subscription ended. Very frustrating and a poor conclusion to what was other wise a decent experience
