    I submitted a Bitcoin transaction to a wallet in the amount $13,400.00 concerning my personal business. Cryptobase would not let the transaction go through. They said they would immediately release the transaction if I call it text *************. Instead of immediately releasing my transaction they asked me multiple questions and would not release my funds immediately.I requested a refund and was told the *** would take 30 days. Meanwhile Cryptobase has $13,400.00 of my money which should have been released as they stated.I shouldn't have to wait to receive my $13,400 as it is my money and should have been released immediately.
