Go Store It Self Storage sent me an email dated June 1, 2025, as well as a letter via U.S. Mail. Both notices indicated that my monthly rent would be raised from $105.00 to $213.00, effective July 1, 2025. This indicates a rent increase of ******% within 30 days.Per California Civil Code 827(b)(3) , as a commercial business, they are required to give a 90-day notice to tenants, when there will be rate increases over 10%.I have contacted the business and offered remedies to comply with California state law by honoring the following terms:--Send a new notice in email and writing, indicating that the rent increase is effective within 90 days.--Maintain my unit rental fees to $105.00 for the months of June, July, and August 2025.

Hello, our Regional manager **** has reached out multiple times and left a voicemail and hasn't heard back. Is there a different number he can reach you at?

I am rejecting this response because your regional manager has not contacted me multiple times.  Your regional manager tried to contact me ONE time on July 9 from a phone number linked to a radio station in ******.  Meanwhile, I was in the middle of an important work meeting.  They left a voicemail, and when I called back, the phone rang without an option for voicemail.  You have the correct number, so attempt more than one phone call.

Additionally, your *************, ** branch is not accepting nor responding to certified mail.  Despite my following of the terms of the rental agreement to communicate in writing, my certified letter with response requested was deemed "non-deliverable" and returned.  This is unacceptable.
