    I wish I could give zero stars my sympathy for **** Lagerfeld brand is gone after this recent experience with Karl Lagerfeld Paris online order. Their customer service is the worst I ever had. A lot of patience and time is needed if you want to chat or talk to any of the very busy staff members. But dont create any expectations because they will not solve your problem in my case, 7 items were reported as shipped in the tracking information, but never delivered. I have shared evidences of inconsistent weight information between packing slip and ***** shipment details, but who cares?! It is very profitable to this company to sell items with 50% discount, since they are not shipped 1 item was never shipped, order still shows as unfulfilled, but they have never bother to Inform me about it or give me an estimated delivery date. Im disputing the order first and last time I buy any item from this company
