      I reached out the the ****** office In regards to my credit application I filled out online. I started talking to ***** about the prices of the tractors and he stated the prices I was seeing online were the cash prices for the tractors. No where on the website did it say cash price it only said price reduced. I have screenshots from 2/5/24 that are dated and prove they did not say cash price. Today 2/6/24 the website has been corrected to show the price to finance the tractor that ranges 3k-5k more. I've asked ***** if they would honor the price yesterday and he told me that he was sure the price said cash only after checking he said he saw the same thing as me nothing stating cash price. His manager stated they would not finance me for the price they advertised online.

      We were able to resolve this issue with the customer and sold him a compact tractor. He is very pleased with his purchase. He also stated that he would be contacting the BBB to rescind his complaint.
