      Summary of Issues:I am filing a complaint against CLC Property Management for negligence, misconduct, and unlawful actions affecting my tenancy at ******************************** and Lease ************** attempted to unlawfully increase rent during an active lease (08/2022 to 07/31/2023), violating CA Civil Code 827.Issued inaccurate three-day notices to pay or quit despite full and timely rent payments, violating CA Civil Code 1942.4.Accused me of creating a fraudulent lease without evidence, damaging my reputation.Mismanaged rent records, leading to false claims of unpaid balances and threats of eviction.Utility Bill ************** failed to consistently provide utility bills, violating CA Civil Code ******.Gave conflicting information about responsibility for utility bill distribution.Maintenance and Habitability Issues:Neglected necessary maintenance and repairs despite repeated requests, making the unit potentially uninhabitable (CA Civil Code ******).Unlawful Posting of Notices:Posted eviction notices improperly, violating CA Code of Civil Procedure 1162.Emotional and Personal Impact:The stress, threats of eviction, and false accusations have caused significant emotional distress and harmed my well-being and reputation.Desired Outcomes:Immediate correction of my rental history and removal of false accusations.A formal apology acknowledging errors made.Compensation for emotional distress and defamation.Corrective measures for lease management and tenant communication.Thank you for your assistance in addressing this matter.
