    I bought a cheap VPS service from this business. I paid the price, waited for 24 hours, but my service didn't get activated.I tried to raise the issue with them, I sent them 2 tickets but it seems that there's no one to answer on the other side.Besides internal tickets, this business has no other means of support and direct communication. Given their handling of the situation, their website design, and no direct communication, I highly suspect that this is a scam business.

    On December 11, 2023, I found that a bill was paid automatically. After checking, it was the *** service fee of VIRMACH (Virtual Machine Solutions, LLC). Since the transaction was automatically paid without my knowledge and I no longer need this service, I contacted them on the VirMach website hoping to cancel the transaction, but they ignored them and could not contact VirMach. , the work order was not responded to or was automatically responded to by a robot, so I hoped to cancel the transaction through the trading platform Paypal and return the money. Since I initiated the first dispute, I could not log in to my account on the website. I was banned, the *** service I purchased cannot be logged in, and the Paypal platform determined that I lost. Therefore, this reason was explained during the second dispute, but it was still judged to be a loss. The current situation is that the money has not been returned, and the purchased accounts and services are also prohibited from use. It is commonly known that people and money are lost.     I've been a customer of this company (VirMach.com) for a few years. Some time in the last year, their services started going downhill really fast. Since my annually-billed services were last renewed in September, the service I'm paying for has been unavailable more than it's been available. The site where I can change my billing info and open support tickets rarely works either. If I can manage to log a ticket, it's promptly ignored. They've basically taken my money and ran since they are not providing the services I've paid for and do not respond to my requests for technical assistance or a refund. This company should cease to exist. In the long run, I've only lost 25 bucks on this last renewal, so that's not a huge deal, but I'm ****% sure this is happening to many other customers right now. If this business can't follow through on delivering the services it takes money for, then it should not take the money. Please stop this business from stealing more customer money and wasting our time. Thanks.

    Virtual Machine Solutions LLC stopped my services for no reason and caused my data to be unable to be retrieved. I tried to issue a work order to resolve the issue, but the company claimed that it was necessary to purchase support services and did not guarantee a solution.     I have two servers on my web account with this company and have been using them properly and have not violated any terms or rules.One server expired this month and the other next September.Today, without any prompting, shut down the use of my two servers, causing me a huge loss and making up a reason.I expect an immediate apology and a guarantee that this will not happen again.
