I contracted TAG Grading on March 23, 2025 for three card grading services in a single shipment - Value Bulk, Regular, and Walkthrough - each with advertised turnaround estimates of 30, 15, and 2 business days, respectively. I paid a $10-per-card premium for the Regular tier in reliance on its 15-day promise.Despite repeated written inquiries, TAG:Changed its posted estimates (verified via Wayback Machine on March 20, 2025) without notice.Completed the Value Bulk tier in ******************************************************* QA at 70 business days.Refused to refund the $10-per-card tier differential, offering only a 15% future-purchase discount.Misidentified my Regular order as Value Bulk in its June 6 response, demonstrating a failure to review my case.Simplified Timeline:Mar 23, 2025Placed Orders #*****A1A (Regular), #E5B32EFE (Value Bulk), #7F4797E1 (Walkthrough).Apr 15, 2025Requested confirmation of 15-day estimate or partial refund; no substantive reply.Apr 24, 2025TAG responds: All turnaround times are estimates no refunds heres 15% off future purchase.May 27, Jun 4 & 5Follow-up emails demanding tier-difference refund; no reply.Jun 6, 2025TAG acknowledges backlog but again refuses refund, mislabels my Regular order as Value Bulk.Jun 9, 2025Deadline for refund demand (per demand letter).Jun 9, 2025 TAG supposedly escalates my request.Jun 19, 2025 I let them know I've still received no information.Jun 23 and beyond, 2025 TAG customer service refuses to provide support due to legal action being mentioned.Demand:I require an immediate refund of the $10 x # of cards + applicable taxes and fees to my original payment method.TAG to complete service and deliver my cards! If TAG fails to issue the refund and complete within five business days of BBB referral, I will escalate with:Illinois *************************************** Small-claims court for breach of contract and deceptive trade practices

I placed an order for a sports card grading with TAG. Their website advertised ***** business days turn around. It has been almost 50 business days. I have contacted them multiple times and have been told to check the website. Their FAQ says that they experienced exponential growth and that orders are taking 40 business days. Again my order is at 50 and still do not have it. The website has not updated my order status in a month. **************** says my complaint and request for a status has been elevated, but no one has contacted me.
