    My rental car got towed and they are not updating the car in the system so I can make an appointment to retrieve my belongings from the vehicle. I have been waiting for 5 days and they still havent updated the car into their system. I have tried calling the police, the rental company, and the towing company to see when I can get my belongings. The rental company is saying that they cant find the vehicle in their system either and the police said that they dont want to help. I have been reaching out to the business to see if my vehicle is in their system and they will not cooperate. They have threatened me saying they will harm me if I get too close to the employees when I was trying to ask a question. They are charging almost $400 a day to keep the car there so they are scamming people to make sure they get the most amount of money. This is not right at all this business needs to be shut down, so people dont have to feel the same experience as me.

    I have never in my 40 years of life ever dealt with this level of mental and emotional abuse with a business transaction. After my ****** car account was up to date and paid for and all forms cleared as I was given an appointment to pick up my car the gentleman at this location decided he wanted to hold my car for another 2 days because he was showing a very unethical, unprofessional, uncanny character! Mind you this is a Business transaction, once my car is paid for you hand me my car and I go on my merry way. This company along with ************** which has plenty complains on yelp from other customers, have been 2 of the most degrading companies Ive ever dealt with. The level of humiliation me and my Mom endured was just surreal. Im still shaking and just unable to sleep due to the amount of disrespect I was given.
