    1. Billing issues G&A quoted for a bathroom shower remodel and changed the amount in final invoice after work is completed without any change order or prior approval. Initial quote for the project was $15295 (see BATHROOM 2 QUOTE attached), with prior approved change order for wall removal $2000, paint $500, custom countertop $700 plus $45 per sq ft labor (5ftx2ft) = $18,920. I had paid $14,203. Upon completion G&A asked for $9000, which i questioned as this is not the correct balance based on what the quote and what i have paid. I asked ******* to send me the line items of how this amount was calculated, and as i suspected there are things he included however the workers did not perform the work (light under vanity $750 and light in shampoo box $750) which should not be billed as they did not complete the work. I requested he removed those and send the line items in writing for me to review which he sent along with the final invoice of $8000, after reviewing it I sent another follow up email to the project contact *********************** as it shows items with much higher price than the quote which was unaware of change and the price was changed without any change order or prior notification / approval from me - plumbing was quoted $750 for shower quote however the final invoice shows $2280 (there are no change order nor prior approval). FINAL INOVICE Plumbing: Rough Plumbing, **************** Shower Head, Install Shower Valve/Diverter, Install Shower Drain, Install Tub Valve, Patch Subfloor = $2,280.00 QUOTE Plumbing: Rough Plumbing, Adjust Shower Head, Install Valve, Install Drain = $750.00 - vanity was quoted $ 1500 for installation and plumbing of prefab vanity and countertop (the order was changed to custom countertop from prefab ******* quoted $675 plus $45 per square foot for 5ft x 2ft) the final invoice shows much higher charges below FINAL INVOICE Vanity Area:Install Floating Pre-Fab Double Vanity = $300.00 Install 2 Vanity Sinks = $500.00 1 (112x26) Countertop - MSI Calacatta Trevi = $700.00 Install Countertop = $400.00 Fabricate Countertop, Includes Sink/Faucet Cut Outs = $557.15 Plumbing: Rough Plumbing, Install 2 Faucets, Plumb **************** Relocate Plumbing in Wall to Allow for New Sinks to Be Installed = $650.00 QUOTE Vanity Area:Install Free-Standing Pre-Fab Double Vanity w/ Countertop & 2 Sinks = $1,000.00 Plumbing: Rough Plumbing, Install 2 Faucets, Plumb *************** = $500.00 - ******* also promised 10% discount from repeat customer on all tile work which was not reflected in the final invoice 2. Workmanship There are parts of the shower wall with missing grout as shown in pictures attached that we would like to have this corrected
