    Terrible company. Same thing as the previous reviews. Very rude owner. Didn't even get the board colorway I wanted. Waited 6 months. I wish I would have come here first to see this guy's reviews. He even called my place of employment to tell my boss about this!!! Who does that? My work had nothing to do with a personal skateboard order that they took months and months to send to me and ONLY because I filed a Venmo dispute against them.

    This is a false claim made by ********************* of ***** ********. There were also 2 credit card fraud attempts also made by **************** in June 2023. 

    Customer paid for a **********************, received it (proven via **** tracking receipt) & that closes our transaction. **************** is simply trying to commit fraud (thru venmo) & is proven by records publicly available thru myself.

    Also, ******, can you please send me the public records you have of me trying to commit Fraud please? Also, I asked for a refund and I will gladly send your board back as I did not get the white board that I ordered from you. Are you a man / business of your word and return policy? You didn't send me the right board and I am just asking for my money back and I will gladly send the wrong board you sent me back to you at your expense. Thank you.

    F13 repeatedly refused to discuss the specific shape/size of the boards I wanted without giving them money upfront via Venmo. It felt like a scam. Not a great way to do business IMO! ***** is also very rude, I wish I could upload a screenshot of my entire email thread to show everyone here.

    Typical false claim. If a customer wants free products, we cant do that. So threatening us to post on the BBB is the usual default for people like this. The *********************** noted above I dont know and has never placed an order with Factory13.

    Dear *****, fortunately my claim was NOT typical. According to the other reviews I read here, those customers actually paid in advance and never received their products. I wasnt looking for Free Products nor was I looking to giveaway any Free Money. I never placed an order with Factory13 because you were difficult to communicate with. Im thankful for these BBB reviews, and hope the posts here will let other Buyers Beware.
