    Mr. **** ********, owner of Precision Audio Video; was contacted by me, Doctor ******* J. ******, regarding work on a Audio Video Installation at my residence: *********************************************. Mr. **** ********, set up an appointment and Mr. **** ******** came to my home on Wednesday, June1 10, 2025. From the first observation, Mr. **** ******** was "Taken Back" once I came to the door to let him inside my home for the estimate and to set up a time for the installment of a Audio/Video System inside my Living Room. He seemed shocked and continued to ask me what type of work do I do? I answered that I was in the medical profession and I work, which in *********** as a Doctor and would like to have a Audio/ Video System installed before I leave for my home in ******, *******. Mr. **** ******** continued to ask me if it was in my budget and if I can afford a top of the line Audio/Video sysytem."Yes, I responded, I want the top of the line and would like the work completed by July 8th 2025, before I return to ******. We went over the equipment and the area in which the system would be installed as Mr. **** ********, continued to ask me if the work was in my budget. I responded as yes, and that is the system in wanted, so can you send me the estimate? He responded yes and we agreed that I would look at the equipment samples and approve the installation and pay with my **************** Credit Card. Mr. **** ********, continued to ask me if the instillation was in my budget and once again, I responded: That is exactly what I wanted and the color of the speakers match the marble tile of my floors and my counter top.A week past and I did not hear from or received a estimation and the itemization of the equipment, so I called Mr. **** ******** and asked him why I have not heard from him and I had not received the type of equipment that will be installed, the color and the itemization. He told me on June 18, 2025 It is Out Of Your Budget! What?
