    I used Goto Logo Experts in January 2024 to design a logo for my business. While I was able to design a logo, I had a similar issue that **** *. mentioned, where they charged me an additional $599 to copyright the image. I paid the money; however, the image was never copyrighted and they refused to refund the additional money they charged. I have proceeded with legal action, and they refuse to take my calls. If you look at the ****** reviews, people have had similar experiences with them. Hopefully people will see these reviews and will think twice before using their services. They are scam artists and should be avoided.

    I recently ordered a logo from this company. After I approved the design, I was told I would need to file with the ***** office before they would release the design, and they wanted an additional $599. When I said that was not required, they tried to say it was the law. It was clearly a well-rehearsed hard sell. When I told them to just give me my logo or give me a refund, I was told that "after a design has been approved, there is no more refund". Basically, they make it seem like a normal design process and after the design is approved and the refund option gone, they pop a new undisclosed fee to extort the buyer into spending more money. They guy was very rude and snide too. He basically said too bad and hung up on me.
