    Dates of Incidents:July 14, 2024, 7:11 PM September 1, 2024, 9:56 PM Location:Walmart, *************************************** Description of Complaint:I am filing this complaint due to ongoing and inappropriate conduct by a security guard contracted at the above ******* location. On two separate occasions, the same individualwearing an Allied Universal t-shirt and not displaying any visible identificationengaged in physically aggressive and intimidating behavior while I was shopping.He followed me around the store, making me feel unsafe, and attempted multiple times to grab my cellphone without cause or explanation. When I asked him to identify himself or show a badge, he refused.This pattern of harassment caused me significant distress and raised serious safety concerns. I have video evidence of his behavior, available here:********************************************************************** I am seeking a formal response from ******* and/or their security contractor to explain how this individuals conduct aligns with their policies.Requested Resolution:- A formal investigation and disciplinary or corrective action toward the guard in question.- $4,000 in compensation for the distress and fear caused by this individuals actions.- Assurance that proper identification and conduct standards are enforced for all on-site security personnel.This is a serious matter of customer safety and professionalism. I ask that ******* act promptly to resolve the issue.Sincerely,******
