    I purchased a monthly parking pass for the El Centro parking lot in Hollywood on 1/28/24. I only needed it for the month of February. They forced me to turn on auto renewal for the service and I could not turn it off, and I didn't want to lose access to my parking during the month, so I decided to wait until 2/29/24 to cancel service since I didn't know their policy on that. They didn't send a notice of auto-renewal, just an invoice on 2/20/24, and still attempted to charge me $250 for the month of March. Assuming this was a mistake, I contacted them. They informed me that their cancelation policy requires 30 days notice for the monthly pass (there aren't even 30 days in February) and they would not cancel my invoice. It's illegal in ********** to not allow people the option to cancel immediately up until the day before their payment is due. I informed them of this and multiple other illegal practices of their business the morning of 3/4/24, and they are now ignoring all contact from me and refuse to correct it. The only contact since then has been threatening automated emails about late fees. All I want them to do is cancel the invoice.
