    I'm writing to express my disappointment with my experience at Bearfruit. During my time there, I faced consistent mental abuse and observed a breach of the terms outlined in my employment contract.Just to name a few * I was told to bully and miss treat one of the team members in order for her to quit so company didnt have to pay unemployment.* the working hours are insane, and if you complained about working 14 hours days when needed or had an emergency and couldnt cover the shift they take hours and days off your work schedule as a punishment.* I was also told that my marriage was going to ended up in a divorce due to my partner current health situation.* If they called you and you dont answer at the first call they would check cameras and call you 10, 20, 30 times until you answer the phone. (Thats harassment and thats ilegal.)I have many many more things to say but for you to imagine I just posted the least worst they did to me and the sales team.Instances of micromanagement, constant humiliation, and verbal aggression created a hostile work environment for me and the team, impacting my well-being (ended up in the hospital and being told to be back at work immediately after going to ER) Additionally, the company failed to uphold the promised insurance and benefits (resulting in a big hospital bill) in my contract.I attempted to address these issues internally (emailed the owner) but they didnt even send a small response.
