      1. Only time I spoke to anyone on the phone actually only one point of contact was ***** was when money was expected 2. Forms that needed to be filled out for the escrow process stated there was a secure portal to do these on when I reached out to inquire I received no response it took 2 emails a phone call and ccing my realtor and transaction coordinator to get a response from *****.3. House was due to close on 6/18 this did not happen absolutely no communication from heritage or ***** regarding what needed to be done to close on this date, I had to have my mortgage lender get involved to get this done. Then again no call stating that a notary would be contacting me to get documents signed I only received call from notary directly who call mid day while we were at work.4. Since we did not close on time due to the negligence on heritage I had to pay additional days renting back our other home and not only that the seller requested we pay her because the escrow company didnt close us on time!5. Many debts were to be paid off in closing escrow, all but on were paid off by 7/5. 7/11 comes and I inquire why my car hasnt been paid off and requested a copy of the check I reach out to ***** who proceeds to inform me that it takes 30 days for debt payments to post but why did 3 other payments already post is this is the case? She then told me they dont keep copies of checks and would check the file and get back to me. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. 7/26 comes still no pay off to **** and had to get mortgage lender involved to find out where a ****** check went and why it hasnt posted. ***** states she has to call bank cancel check and get new one issued. After a week of waiting ***** calls 8/2 to proceed to tell me she is going to send new check. I myself had to call **** to verify all information myself before she would overnight the check. I am requesting all fees refunded to me that escrow charged because they couldnt do there job I have all email documentation
