    The customer service at ********************** is just appalling. No-one ever picks up the phone, responds to voicemail or email. I have been chasing them up for a month trying to get a simple issue resolved with our Spectrum box. The one agent I did manage to get through to said he would fix it in a matter of minutes. He did not, and a week later I am still calling them repeatedly trying to get some assistance. Such a waste of time.I published the above review on ****** and Yelp on 5 November. At the same time, I contacted both the President and Project Manager of Alliance Integration by email and voicemail asking them to call me in order that I could discuss my experience in trying to arrange technical support.Neither responded, instead they instructed their technician to call me to say that unless I removed my previous negative review, they would cancel the appointment that had in the interim been set up to come the following week to the house to resolve the technical issues I was facing (which apparently could not, after all, be resolved on-line). I called this out for the blackmail that it is. The caller eventually backtracked, and confirmed that the visit would still absolutely take place irrespective of whether I removed my review or ****** was no surprise when we received a call at the appointed time for the visit. This time another technician had been instructed to inform us that the appointment had been cancelled. No reason was given, beyond this being a management *********** comment is required as to the unethical way management has behaved in this instance.

    Alliance probably did the worst job I have had done at my house. They sent 2 technicians to my house to fix a TV and Internet problem that I was having. Not only did the technician not fix the problem but broke the system. Then after they were here for about 3 hours, they left the system broken and said they had to go to another job. At this point I called the Alliance office and tried to complain. All I got was voice mail. I tried all 7 extensions, left messages on each for 5 straight days (I actually thought they may have gone out of business). I finally received a call back from someone after 5 days saying that he was able to send a technician the following week, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE as I use the internet and TVs for work. So, to get my system up and running I had to get a different company to service the system and they completed the fix within a day, charging me $2,201.79 (copies enclosed and note the date of service is when I could not get Alliance to return my call or come to the house) to fix what was broken by Alliance.Lastly when I called to dispute this bill once again, I had to call several times to get someone to call me back. I finally spoke with someone in accounting who had no authority to do anything but told me someone else from the company would call me, this never happened. Then the next thing I get is a collection notice. The amount of the Alliance bill was $1,592.83 just wondering how the balance increased to $1,737.83?I would rather take this claim to small claims court rather than pay for failed service, we can then let the court decide what the outcome should be. Also, remember I was a client of Alliance for 8 years with no incidents. It appears that all the good technicians and personnel have left after a management change.
