My mother was in a car accident and we called *** to have her vehicle towed off the side of the road. *** dispatched a truck from Aguiar's. The driver took advantage of my 81 year old mother, convincing her to have her car taken to their yard rather than a repair shop or back to our house. Little did we know how we were being scammed.A couple days later the insurance adjusted contacted us and told us we should speak with the yard immediately. I called and a woman answered and rudely explained that we were being charged $70 a day for storage, the towing and a lien had been placed on the car. I asked why we were being charged for the towing when we had called ***. She said that we had to pay because the car was towed to their yard. My mom and I immediately went to the yard to get the car back to the house and it cost us over $1000 in fees.I spoke to some people in the auto repair industry in the area and they told me this was completely wrong, that the lien should not have been placed until after 31 days and that they should have billed *** for the tow.I then called Aguiar's and spoke to the manager (*****) and he said that we cancelled the *** tow when we agreed to let them tow the car to their yard. Their driver completely misled my mother and I about this and I am filing a complaint with *** and will pursue legal action. DO NOT LET THEM TOW YOUR VEHICLE TO THEIR FACILITY.

Business owner has not returned my calls & has employees tell me that they already took care of it when they clearly have not, they continue to break *********** municipal city code on the daily by parking their commercial tow truck on a residential street.

They let their employees park their big commercial tow vehicles on residential streets, which according to *********** city code and the state they are not allowed to park on residential streets. It is also on their exam so they know they are not supposed to park on a residential street. You are breaking the ******* will also be filing a complaint with the city and won't stop until you stop parking your tow truck on a residential street.

Shame on this company. Shame on the one who calls himself "The Big Dog of the company." My parents needed to tow my deceased brothers vehicle today. Being AAA members, they were referred out to Aguiar's Towing Inc. This evening speaking to my mom, having to watch her cry from the service she received was very heartbreaking. Shame on you for making a griefing mother have to relive the pain over again. She had to keep explaining the situation to different people. The first tow truck driver was rude and flat out and said he would not tow the vehicle. The second driver said he was doing my parents a favor. Being an AAA member, we have NEVER had issues towing a vehicle. Bottom line BE KIND to people. You never know what they are going through. And what saddens me more is the driver, the company knew the situation and still gave my parents a hard time. I will be reaching out to AAA as well to file a complaint against your company. Seeing the number of recent bad reviews, AAA needs to rethink who they subcontract with. Please do not reply with the same response you sent the rest. No reply is needed. I just want your company to know the sadness a local family felt due to poor customer service from your drivers.

My vehicle was towed by mistake of the property it was parked. But then was illegally towed by Aguilar towing. The tow order improper, incomplete as required by law. I was also not given the wrongful tow literature required by law at time of pick up. I was told I could only pay cash. After receiving my vehicle, I promptly advised them of damage caused during the tow process. At which point I was intimidated and bullied by their employee and forced to get off the property. They Never even attempting to resolve the issue. I attempted to open a line of communication to possibly resolve these issues before escalating, but am now only treated with verbal hostility, unprofessionalism and flat out rude thuggery when it’s known to be me. It’s unfortunate as I am willing to try to resolve this situation but was told, “that’s the tow business” and that their confidence in their paperwork being lawful due to their workings with the sheriff department means “we don’t need to listen to a word I say because your wrong”. Though it seems their management may just be operating as he’s been told to for so long. Possibly without challenge, to discover that in fact their operation is not in accordance with state and local ordinances. I understand this operation is some what new relative to its competitors, so this may be one of those tough taught lessons due to their cocky ignorance. It’s unfortunate as I wonder how many other unfortunate people have had to be treated this way. Though I give they did work with me on lowering to storage fees, the tow was not lawful, therefore that point is mute. It just sad because I’m sure others have lost their vehicles because of this blatant disregard for the very regulations that are in place to police these tow companies. Unless you are able to retrieve your property and then fight them, you’ll likely lose it. Unfortunately this is just what they count on. Rather than that energy put towards providing a better tow experience to those who need it.

My car was stolen from my house. It was recovered by CHP by Aguiar Tow Company in Hesperia. I was charged $590 for two days of storage including a $70 lien fee which is only allowed after the car is stored for 3 days.. I called on Friday only to be told that they weren't sure if the car was there. When I called back I was told that the car was there but that the lot was closed until Monday. I would be charged $70 Sat. Sun. & Mon. I objected based on the fact that if I had been told initially that my car was in fact there, there would be no need to pay for the weekend. The manager took off Saturday and Sunday but the lien fee which wasn't applied until Monday was still charged and I had no choice but to pay it if I wanted my car back. I had only paid $1000 for the car the tow company fleeced me out of $590 in order for me to keep it I feel violated twice. The crook who stole the car from my house and the tow company that charged me not only for towing and storing but also for their efforts though failed for their attempt to legally steal the car from me. The manager there told me further that I could've gotten the car over the weekend and that no matter the complaint that I had no recourse with the owner nor anyone else as he was the last rung on the ladder as far as hierarchy. I would like to be refunded at least the cost of the lien fee which he claims was filed that Monday AFTER I informed whomever it was I spoke that I would be there Monday. I believe that the lien was never filed.

Called to get a quote, woman was pretty pushy and very unprofessional. Didn't listen to customer needs. Was trying to set up a tow and had to wait for another party to be available. She kept calling and texting and then acted like dumb like she didn't know what an "invoice" was. Then when she gave me attitude, I told her I would go with another company, she responded with texts that were not only immature but very unprofessional of a business! Needless to say I agree with her, choosing to not give this business my money was the best decision! Be weary unless you like unprofessional and pushy businesses.
