    The work that the company in the complaint did between 1/15-16/2024 was to include termite treatment under the house and repairs for which I was charged a bulk of the original $3,140. Terminix came and did an inspection for rodent issues under the home and highly recommended that we treat for termites and that we have our wood effected by the termites repaired as the damage was quite extensive and has been there for a very long time. I explained that we had that done when we moved in and they stated that there was no way anyone with experience in termite treatment and repair would miss that and that no work seems to have been done under the home. I reached out to Mr. ****** McIntyre and explained the situation since I had spoken directly to him in January about treatment. I had asked him in early January after closing escrow how many days we had to have the home tented for termite treatment since the house was empty so that I could coordinate with our contractor for the work that needed to be done inside the home. He responded with oh no you dont need to tent the home, the termite treatment is only under the home so theres nothing to be done inside. I asked him if he was sure as I have a 1 yr old and a 2 yr old and time is crucial for me. He assured me that the tenting was not necessary. Forward to the Terminix inspection and their inspector reading the report. It stated at the end that there was indeed the recommended tenting for my home. I took ****** Mcintyres word and he was wrong. When I reminded ****** of this conversation he said well it was in the contract and I am trying to help you. Just pay another $500 and Ill take care of the repairs that werent done.I paid the $500 and have since been waiting for him to complete the work and he doesnt keep to his word. I have reached out 2 times since the tenting was completed and he doesnt remember that he has a job to complete here.
