    I purchased a Big *** electric pallet **** less than 2 years ago for about $5,600. The timeline of events is as follows:1. 07/30/2025 Noticed malfunction and brought the pallet **** to the dealer.2. 08/01/2025 Battery replacement charged $1,195.62 + evaluation fee $464.61, totaling $1,660.23. (The evaluation fee of $464.61 was originally included in the $1,660.23 I was charged for the first repair, which I understood to be the repair cost. I was later told it was solely for the evaluation. After deducting the evaluation fee, the remaining amount in dispute is $1,195.62.)3. 08/06/2025 Picked up the repaired pallet ****.4. 08/19/2025 Same symptoms reoccurred two weeks later; received a new repair estimate of $1,021.67 for a different part.5. I contacted the sales director, *****, to formally protest and informed him that I would escalate this issue to the owner.6. 08/22/2025 The owner offered either a $250 discount on the repair or to exchange the pallet **** for a new one if I paid $1,188.I find these repeated repair charges unreasonable, excessive, and unacceptable for a machine this new. I have already paid $1,660.23 for the first repair, and it is unfair to demand additional payment for a malfunction that occurred within two weeks of the initial repair.I have attempted to resolve this directly with the dealer, but the issue remains unresolved. I am requesting BBB intervention to assist in securing a fair resolution, including a refund or credit for the unnecessary repair charges.This matter is being formally documented with BBB, and I am prepared to escalate to legal action through Small Claims Court if a fair resolution is not reached promptly. I consider this matter urgent and expect prompt attention from BBB.

    We spoke with the customer regarding the complaint for repairs the electric pallet jack ************* The unit was sold over 2 years ago and is over 1 year out of warranty.  The unit has not been maintained and was in terrible condition.

    We quoted some repairs and this was approved and when completed we discovered some additional work we quoted. The client complained and we performed the repairs at no charge.
