    My elderly aunt with a disability called for a rat removal. She spoke to *******, who initially appeared friendly. Since it was an urgent matter, my aunt agreed to pay an additional $150 for a Saturday job as requested. ******* arrived and stated that he would come three times: first to set a trap, second to check on the progress and seal the hole, and finally to ensure that everything was cleared and complete.On Saturday, he conducted an assessment of the house, collected the full payment, and then informed her that he didnt have the necessary tools to complete the job. He mentioned that he would need to make some purchases and return later. After several hours, he finally returned and installed the traps. However, since he couldnt buy any pepper mint spray, he resorted to using Pinesole or something similar.He then stated that he would return on Tuesday between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. My aunt waited all day and made several phone calls to *******, but he didnt respond. At this point, she suspected that she was being scammed and decided to put a stop payment on the check.Finally, on Wednesday, ******* called back and claimed that he had been injured and couldnt make it. He didnt apologize for his no-call, no-show and was unprofessional towards my aunt. He expressed his disappointment that she had canceled the check and demanded payment, threatening to sue her if she didnt ********* aunt, fearing retaliation, agreed to pay for the part of the service he had provided, but he wanted more and hung up on her. Later I emailed *******, the owner, asking for the invoice to be sent to us with service rendered but he did not. Then, we can mail him a check. He responded to my initial request that he needed a payment for responding to the job. He was inconsistent of his charges. I asked him for an invoice for the service he provided, he did not respond until 8/5/25 when he threatened to sue us if I do not remove a negative ****** review.
