    On 2/13/2025 we purchased an engine from ******************/ B&H Auto Wrecking. Everything was fishy since the beginning. The sales person, J.N. called saying they had a newer and better engine than the one wed purchased. ******* asked to send the original one, but guy insisted that this one was better. After engine arrived at our shop and was tested, ******* called back asking for replacement because engine hadnt passed the tests. At that point, J.N. said they could not change the engine, that we had to install it and test it for them to honor the warranty. I personally spoke to J.N. and he said the same thing to me. Now, engine was installed and we confirmed the original diagnose, this company sold us a bad engine. We called again to try to get them to honor the warranty and now they just said that the engine doesnt have warranty because we installed it in a modified vehicle. Literally, they stole $2,500 from us. Oh and now that I call, this J.N. doesnt exist.

    On May 30 of 2024, I called B & H Auto Wrecking for a part they had listed on www.car-part.com.They confirmed the part was still available, upon arrival at the store. I was not welcomed at all. The young employees in the front treated me and everyone else unprofessionally and disrespectfully.I did not care about that until they sold me the wrong part intentionally. I provided all information needed of the car I ******** day, I came back to return the part or get exchanged for the one I needed, Employee Beto did not want to refund.I had to speak with multiple workers in order to get Store Credit, however, the store credit was only partial. They gave me $800 store credit out of $1200 I had paid cash.Keep in mind, this business do not accept card. 8 months later my coworker needed a part they had and I remembered I had the credit so he decided to give them another ********* soon as he arrived, he mentioned, same people and same customer service/He spoke with Beto again, who gave prices on the parts we needed. Once he asked for payment, store credit was given and **** started simply said: Oh, I have to raise prices since you are paying with store credit. What a scam!Why did he do that?This place does not have good management, neither professionalism.Ive read multiple bad reviews on ******. All of the reviews complains are about the same thing.

    We bought a transmission for $1,400. When we got it they said it had warranty. The transmission only lasted one week and a half. I told them I wanted to try to see if it was the computer not working and they said okay. Well they gave me another computer and it didnt worked either. So they were contacted again requesting to give me another transmission because this one was not good. Turns out they said it didnt have any warranty. So the $1,400 was like a gift for them because they sold me a transmission that was not good and they kept the money. Transmission was purchased under Signature Collision- El ***** and was sent to me to my residential address.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEIVES!!I purchased a transmission from B&H Auto in ******* CA for a 2017 ********** ************* are are multiple versions of the same model transmission, they claimed it was the one I needed. Upon arrival of the transmission I found all of the serial/model information to be freshly ground off. I contacted B&H and asked how I identify this transmission and how I confirm it was correct for my vehicle. They told me "It is the right one they are all the same". This is incorrect. I requested to know the *** of the vehicle it was removed from, they would not provide it to me even after multiple requests. They had no way for me to identify the transmission, only their word that it is from a 2017 **************** all of the date codes on the transmission are from late 2014, so it was most likely a 2015 model year vehicle. VW did not make the model transmission I need in 2015 so it is impossible it is the correct transmission for my vehicle. I have documentation of them lying directly to ********** stating they tried to contact me. Never happened. They also admit in the same letter to ********** that the transmission I received was not made in 2014/2015, even though they insist that they sent me the correct transmission.I believe this transmission is from a stolen vehicle and they ground the serial numbers off to remove traceability. I also found multiple negative reviews about this company doing similar unethical business practices.

    On 01/22/2024 I drove about 3 hours to buy a engine for my 2011 *** X3 28i after talking to them on the phone regarding an engine stock#****** with 77k miles which they had for $1650. After talking to the the the sale guy we agree on that for the amount of $1650 cash he said I told him I need to go the bank .so I went to **************** in ******* ca Which very close to the store.got back around 3pm the sale guy took me through some patio doors to the yard to see my engine which they shrink rapped I asked him if that was the engine that I called on he said yes .Im going to trust you on that I replied .I backed my ****** truck trough white *** metal slide door they load up the engine with forklift gave the money to the sale guy $1650 I asked for the receipt .he replied that he need to put all The information about engine and warranty .he asked for my email send a test email which a received.so I said ok you got my email send my receipt .Now that I had time to put my engine on my vehicle I noticed that engine was not exactly the same an issue with the oil pressure regulator valve not fitting on the new used engine causing the check engine light to stay on So I called them and asked for help wanted know what engine they gave me to fix the issued . Called they were supposed to called me back. They never did.so I was looking for engine block or tag on the engine none .the stamp # was erased now I know why the engine was wrapped. I took pictures of the engine on back of my truck to show my wife that I had the engine for her *** .this business is causing a lot time and money. $700 for the installation Removal and reinstall another engine

    I purchased a used transmission that had 90 days of warranty. I received the first transmission on 3/16/23 Unfortunately the transmission did not work . The seller offered to exchange it for another one. I received the second exchanged transmission on 3/22/23 . This second transmission also did not work. I contacted again & was told by "****" to bring it in and they will give another transmission. My customer had a family emergency and had to leave the country. I brought the transmission back 7/6/23 & now **** is refusing to take it back . That its out of warranty now. I explained my situation since the first transmission i didn't get one that actually worked.He said that he couldn't do anything that it has been out of warranty. I told him its been only 14 days out of warranty & the transmission never worked ! Thats stealing from your customers. I would never bought it from them if i knew that i was going to get something that does not work . I requested to talk to someone above ******* was told that i could not talk to someone else. All i want is a transmission that functions 100% or a refund.

    Purchased used engine from B&H auto wrecking on the 1/28/2023. Paid 3850$ for it and was delivered to the shop next week to be installed. Once installed, mechanic said engine was no good and i needed another one. Called b&h and they said that they will replace it, got it replaced and still having issues w the engine. I had to pay double the labor to install the engine and B&H does not offer cash refunds only store credit. I want my refund back and to pay the repair cost i had to pay to install that c*** engine twice.

The warranty period for the engine purchased has already expired, and as such, we are unable to offer a replacement or accept returns for items outside the warranty coverage.

However, it is essential for us to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the warranty agreement to ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers.     I am rejecting this response because: both of the engines you gave me did not work. And first I was told that my warranty was not honored because you had no other engine to give me, now your saying my warranty had expired but I received that second engine towards the end of February so I was still well within my time period. I will not be going back and forth with you I seen the reviews for your other shop German Auto in **************** and it has the same exact issues as mine with several customers. Thats why your too scared to even say who the owner of B&H autowrecking is. Everytime i try to call to speak to the owner all the employees act clueless and say ***** or ******************* are not here. I posted my review to Yelp & ****** and i have had many people message me saying they went thru the same situation with your shop. I will be suing you once i get everything in order. Last time the owenr ******************** or whatever that stupid name is  had asked the BBB if they could get me to remove my review of their business and they would give me half off the engine. Now you dont even want to honor it and thats fine. I dont want another engine from any of your shops and that review is going to stay up. I posted all the proof on there as well because unlike your company I dont need to lie for a couple of dollars.

    Damaged Parts were sold as repairable which was totally garbage that cannot be sold on used market. Tried to remedy situation with ***************** but simply refused to take returns.
