    We purchased a Cradlewise in *********************************** August of 2025, it stopped working completely. They want me to pay $324 for replacement parts, after spending $1600 on this smart crib. We did nothing to break it. It just randomly died. This is an absolute scam. My daughter is not even 2 and they advertise being able to use the crib until the baby is 2 years old.

Given that the issue occurred in August 2025 - nearly two years after delivery - this falls outside our standard warranty coverage period.However, we recognize your concerns and have been working with you as an exception to our typical warranty policy. After our initial assessment, we offered alternative solutions at a reduced cost specifically to help resolve this situation, even though it's beyond the warranty period.We want to emphasize that we remain committed to finding a satisfactory resolution for you and your family.     Purchase a brand new Cradlewise $1478 plus CradlewiseProtect warranty $129 back in January 13, 2025.When I received my order in June 2025, we opened up the package to find that the base of the crib was cracked in the wood. I contacted Cradlewise support and their response was that it could have happened during transit and that they could send me glue and clamps to fix it and will send me bassinet crib sheets as compensation. This is unacceptable to pay for over $1,400 for what should have been a new product that arrived damaged.

    We ordered Cradlewise Spring 2024 and had it delivered yesterday Nov 1 after shipping delays.We put the Cradlewise together following every single instruction to the ** Giving kudos where its due, assembly was smooth for folks like us (very detail oriented).However, out of the box and built, there were pairing issues (solved after 1 hour), calibration issues (unresolved) with bouncing, and overall just a busted system essentially out the box. We have photos and videos to prove it all. After exhausting all troubleshooting steps, We contacted technical support. Its really a customer service team that is outsourced internationally and may just be one of the worst Ive ever experienced. They did almost more harm than good and were quite lost in the sauce. (Side note: The Cradlewise marketing team sure is skilled at scrubbing truthful real bad experiences online. Its near impossible to talk about your real experience).We have finally successfully scheduled a ******************************* the middle of the night. I am willing to update the review accordingly but as it stands presently, this may be the worst purchase Ive made in my entire life. Not even close to worth this trouble for what was spent. Dont throw away the insane amount of packing supplies it comes with as theyll charge you $120 if you have to send it back without it. Buyer beware.

    I had a wonderful experience with Cradlewise. My baby has used it since coming home from the hospital. There was a tiny tech problem initially it the customer service was incredibly helpful in getting it taken care of. Rather than sitting on hold forever, they schedule an appointment. I cannot underplay the impact this crib has had on my sanity. At 7 months, she has been sleeping through the night consistently.
