  Excellent work, service and communication! Anytime a home needs work, there are a lot of questions and this company excelled on giving truthful answers. I have used TruWorx at two residences and both were a 10/10 in their outcomes. Plus very good materials were used in the repairs I needed. Definitely give the owner a call and you will be glad you finally found a honest, ethical and great contractor!!!

  **** remodeled our entire home in ************. The result was a work of art. He is an expert contractor, craftsman, artisan, and problem solved. He always came in on time and under budget. We have since used him for our other home remodel and repair needs. Each time he has delivered, surpassing our expectations. And his team, like ****, are professional, responsive, and kind. We would recommend **** and his team to anyone.

  Over a period of 4 months, **** ****** and his team from Truworx did three projects in our home. They completely remodeled our guest bathroom. **** was helpful with the design and choice of materials. Very good workmanship and we are very happy with the finished job. Then Truworx replaced 9 interior doors. We chose the door design and hardware. Truworx painted the doors to match our interior. Doors with hardware were installed to fit perfectly in our 40 yr old home. Final project was replacing carpet in our living room and dining room with hard word floor. With some searching **** found the hardwood floor that matches our existing flooring. Our new floor is beautiful.

  I was introduced to this company through my association. They had been hired to fix a problem that the association was responsible and I am glad i obtained a business card.I called them to give me a quote on a small job. After meeting **** and realizing that he knows what he is doing and an extremely nice gentleman I added more to my list. He gave emailed his quote. Very reasonable and extremely professional. Didnt request or require any funds upfront. I had to ask. He reluctantly accepted a small portion. If a need for a general contractor comes up again this is the ONLY company I will call. Big or small. Professional, ethical, respectful and reliable.

  I hired **** from Truworx to handle the build-out of my barbershop, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.   I hired **** to repair damage to my home that 2 previous contractors hired by my management company had done. For the second time in two years I had suffered contractors who abandoned the job and I was in serious need of someone I could trust.**** entered my home bragging about his BBB rating (mind you he has no reviews until this one) and hed heard all the nightmare stories and he gave me the confidence that he would approach the job with professionalism and integrity. I gave **** half this fee as a deposit for the work and then he changed; the lies, deception and disrespect started. First he became *****; complaining about other clients not paying him; not being able to find parking on my street, he has personal issues going on. Since we had a previous relationship I felt sorry for him and I paid him the balance of the invoice before the job was completed. Then he just stopped showing up or responding in a professional and timely manner. On day five the team left for the day, I said "see you in the morning" and they didnt come back the next day. **** had sent them on another job. I reached out to him with a heart felt text and received no reply.**** lied about driving 90 minutes to pick up a oven hood. On the day of installation, he put the 22 year-old brittle, broken and dirty cover on the new hood without mentioning it to me. When I asked him later about it he said the light cover didnt come with the hood. I asked for the model number and he sent me a picture of an Amazon box where he had ordered the oven hood and had it delivered to his home. The floorboards in some areas are not flush to the floor; you can easily slide a quarter under them. Flooring planks have gaps in ******* closet doors were put on upside down and dont slide effortlessly anymore.The transitions pieces on the flooring are not glued to the floor properly and are coming up. This guy will breach your trust while cashing your check. I will be filing a complaint next.
