    Fraudulent Credit Card Charge and ***************************** ******************** Corporate and Drybar Encinitas Management,I am writing to formally address a serious issue regarding fraudulent charges on my credit card by Drybar Encinitas. I have been a loyal customer of ******************** for ** years and have frequented multiple locations, including assisting in training staff at Drybar ******* as a courtesy. However, my recent experience with Drybar Encinitas has been unacceptable.On [date of appointment], I had an appointment scheduled at Drybar Encinitas. Upon arrival at 2:15 PM, I found the location unexpectedly closed early, without notice. I did not receive any communication regarding the closure, and at no point did I provide my credit card information to this location. Despite this, I later discovered two unauthorized charges on my credit card from Drybar Encinitas.Upon contacting the location, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful staff who initially claimed they had refunded the charge. However, after repeated daily calls and emails, I received no resolution. The manager, *****, failed to return my calls or issue the promised refund. When I visited the store in person to address the matter, I was ignored and provided with fake email addresses and phone numbers. This evasive and dishonest behavior is unacceptable for any business, let alone a brand that I have supported for ********** make matters worse, Drybar has removed my honest Yelp review detailing my experience, further demonstrating unethical business practices. I have documented all my calls, ignored emails, and interactions with the staff, including photographic evidence.A full refund of the fraudulent charges to my credit card, how my card was charged without my authorization. Compensation for the frustration and inconvenience I have endured due to Drybar Encinitas failure to resolve this serious consumer issue.

    Hello,My daughter and I joined the Drybar monthly membership, so that we could get our hair done monthly. My daughter left for college so when I went into Encinitas I explained my daughter left for college, they therefore put my daughters leftover Drybar membership appointments in my membership. Recently I went to the Encinitas Drybar to get my hair done and they were closed. I called the Encinitas Drybar but no one answered. With this Drybar membership one is able to go to any Drybar in the country. I went to the ******************************************* and had my hair done. I asked what happened to the Encinitas location and they said they didnt know. I asked them how many Drybar appointment I had left and they said 8$280.00 worth. I had another event and went back to the ******* Drybar and they told me I would have to pay as the Encinitas Drybar closed and took all the membership appointments away, leaving me empty handed and out of $280.00. She said there were others who were dealing with this too.

    I have been contacting Drybar since January 4, **** to cancel my membership. I have sent multiple emails and have not received any response.
