    Sunday, 10/22/2023 @ 8:55 pm. ************* 2 (Coin Laundry) at ************************************** Suite D.(Ive been going to ************* at ********* location for years when I do bulk washing.)Incident: Paid and loaded all my laundry in the washer before the 9pm shut down time, accept for 1 washer that just need to start, tapping my ApplePay to the scanner but having trouble. So my son was wondering maybe someone can help, here comes the attendant. I thought she approached to help us but I was wrong. Mind you Ive been going to other BB laundromat locations, Im familiar with the rules. Had no issues before this. So I explained that I loaded before 9pm and the machine still ON mode, Im just having trouble with it starting after I paid. Im told at the other BBs if it goes on OFF mode then its shut down. But this machine was ON ready to go until she starts arguing instead of helping. Upon entry its says 9 pm last wash cycle but that doesnt account for the dryer time. The other location knew that but this attendant was irate about it. And I said I understand, and so I told my son just to remove the washer load he had that wouldnt start. She started yelling,, NO YOU DONT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE IF YOU DID THEN YOU WONT BE LOADING YOUR S*** I WANT TO GO HOME AND YOU BETTER HAVE YOUR S*** OUT THE DRYERS BEFORE 10PM I WANT TO GO HOME! YOU KNOW I AM RIGHT AND YOURE WRONG. YOU SHOULDVE WENT TO THE OTHER LOCATION INSTEAD AND NOT HERE! I was taken aback with her rudeness. I said wow this is how you treat your paying customers here. Every customer in the place was watching her making a scene being disrespectful. I let my clothes finish washing and we left the place with our laundry still very wet! We had to find another way to dry them! The inconvenience this caused! I will never go back to BBs Laundromat. I feel very humiliated and embarrassed. I hope the business train their staff best customer service as staff behavior reflects the owner and their business reputation!
