      I bought a new Forest River Cherokee in Jan of 2022 at *************************************. In March of ******************************************************************** buying a travel trailer. That should have been my indicator this was going to be an issue. In May I had a problem with the doors not opening and two of the blinds broke. So, I contacted ***************** Service and they said bring it in at the end of august. So, it sat there until I called them a few weeks later and they told me they had to order the parts and to come pick it up. Well now its been over a year, and I have left numerous calls and still nothing. I would not trust this company and will never buy anything from them again.

      Do not buy anything from these thieves. Purchased a used, 2011 travel trailer in February 2023, and as of July 5th, have not received DMV sticker or registration because the **** family of thieves NEVER paid the previous lien holder when they bought this back on a trade in 2022. This is a ponzi operation that must be investigated by the ********** attorney general's office. I am suing these thieves for ******* and will put them out of business if it is the last thing I do

      Very frustrating experience with *****************************, out of ***** **********. We purchased a used GD Momentum 376th back in 8/22. We live in the ******* area, so most of the communication was over, email, ************ calls to learn about this Toyhauler. We drove down to ********** from ******* area to make the purchase and the ** had lots of issues (bald tires, broken skirt trim, not clean and many more). The service guy did a good job showing us the ** & we did make the purchase. Over 80k. After getting the ** home, the ***************** financial guy had us redo the paperwork twice. Now almost 6 months after purchase we still dont have our registration or license plate. I have called over 20 times to different people to help us in this matter and got just 2 call backs and very little help. Having to get trip permits to use my ** is very frustrating. I hope ***************** will resolve this issue soon.

      Purchased a Winnebago from ******************* about 6 month ago. Got it home and noticedthe door screen didnt shut and there is a crack I. The wall. Then a week later the side is bubbling. Called and was told they would call me back later that day. 5 days in a row I was told that. Then they said they would order the door. Now the heater doesnt work and nothing has been fixed yet. Still no call back. Also I got a call from collections about the trailer I traded in saying Ive missed 4 payments. Well ******************* forgot to send them a check. Credit hit. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Never again. Hopefully I get something ********* day!
