The behavior Im about to describe from the Cypress maintenance/staff is not only disturbing, but poses a threat to the community because this behavior is not normal. This is psychologically dangerous behavior and needs to be taken seriously by punishing and taking legal action: Cypress maintenance/staff are abusing, KILLING, and making cats suffer. By breaking holes in their water bowls and destroying food supplied by the students. To make things worst they are harming cats in the most inhumane ways possible, one of the cats was limping painfully with a broken neck, unable to walk and clearly struggling. For this reason they needed to put the cat down. This story goes for multiple other cats that were brutally killed for absolutely no reason! Once again this is scary and I would never feel safe in campus that involves behavior like this. I am so disgusted that this is normalized and nothing is being initiated.

I applied for an online course for Summer 2025. On the second day of the semester on June 10 th . I withdrew on 6-10 via online gateway. ******* was having some issues and it appeared to go through. On Friday 13th I called via cell phone to confirm that I had cancelled the class.i was informed that I was late and will not receive my refund.I was not satisfied with the *************** and the communication with the instructor and the student staff personal. I am a Senior Citizen and was a bit frustrated with their customer service. I would like my refund and I will no longer be interested in this school.

Cypress college started a book pass fall 2023. Its a $100 per semester for this pass. They automatically opt everyone in and if you dont want it you have to opt out. I think it should be the other way everyone is opted out and they can opt in if they choose to do so. I didnt find out about this book pass until one of my professors told the class about it. He said something about opting out of the program, but I didnt know where to go to do that and when I talked to him about it. I was told it might be too late to opt out. Cypress college admissions and records ********************* said that emails were sent out with links in them. However, I didnt see one that semester, there is a potential chance that it was sent to me and I didnt see it and it went in my junk folder, because that is what happened this semester lucky for me I saw it and opted out of the book pass for this semester. In regards to fall 2023, I got on my gateway to pay any fees I owed for spring **** and saw that I was charged for the book pass for fall 2023. I contacted ********************* and he said there was nothing he could do since I didnt opt out of it semester 2023. I talked to ********************* in regards to this and was told that she would talk to the vp to lower the cost to $42. I let her and ********************* know that I didnt use the pass. My chemistry book was a free online book and my nutrition book I bought off of Amazon. I provided a receipt from Amazon and the link to the free chemistry book that I used as proof. However Im being told that I still owe $42 even though I provided proof that I didnt use the pass. I havent pay the $42 yet, because Im hoping that bbb can help me with this. I think its really horrible for a college to opt everyone in to this program. What if you forget to opt out? What if you dont know how to opt out and you get charged anyway for something that you didnt use. Sounds like another sneaky way for colleges to make money. I say opt everyone out and let them choose to opt in
