Zero stars! These people take advantage of vulnerable elderly in difficult situations. Our family business went under and they advertised as a company that could help us deal with the lawyers and settle. They made the quickest $5000.00 off of us then oh sorry nothing they could do. The girls are trained well to brush you off on the phone. I finally was transferred to owner ***. Super shady! Would not even give last name. Told me I could look it up. Very un professional human being. Felt more like I was talking to a thug on the street. We could have easily signed with the lawyers ourselves as nothing was done for us. PLEASE do not fall prey to this company as we did. I am pretty sharp but never saw this one coming.sad. Well that owner was a really angry guy so maybe karma is real.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. At ***, we prioritize excellent service and clear communication with all our clients. We understand that creditor negotiations can be stressful and work diligently to achieve favorable *********** your case, our records indicate that the settlement agreement was finalized in July, with terms reviewed, approved, and signed by ***, ****, as the owner of the business. At the time, you expressed satisfaction with the outcome, and the first payment was processed shortly thereafter. When ***** contacted us in November, nearly five months later, it appeared she was not fully aware that the agreement had already been finalized. We empathize with her frustration, as misunderstandings can occur in complex situations like these. However, once a settlement agreement is signed and finalized, it becomes binding, and renegotiation requires significant changes in circumstances, which were not communicated to us.We are happy to review the matter further if there are unresolved questions or additional details you would like to provide. Our goal is to ensure that our clients fully understand each step of the process and feel supported along the way.Regards,****** *****, CEO, Pacific Resources Group
