PICTURES WILL NOT UPLOAD 1. brought in for spark plugs 2 months prior THIS WAS A MISDIAGNOSIS DUE TO A BUSINESS FAILING TO HAVE ADEQUATE STAFF COMPLETE JOB had an oil change/lube tech touch my egnotion coils, randomly. He says he tested it to see why the lights came on. returned to me with lights came on When I originally brought it inthey said A1 says Misfire in cylinder 1/2 1. Fixed spark plugs, still had issues bc returned car with LIGHTS ON. 2. Brought back in bc car wouldnt start, AT THAT POINT also needed a/c repair, undercarriage repair WANTED, brakes/tires/rotors (all4)- gave back with lights on, had tested fuel injectors?? undercarriage replaced fell off on the very first ride home and had to get a tow.- Left and , instantly had to get towed for undercarriage (see pictures) - CAME BACK NEXT DAY bc lights STILL on. they said we needed to order MORE PARTS for undercarriage BC THEY werent the right ones. . and pay for labor. . After doing so; they ZIP TIED. tied the part that had dragged, TO THE BOTTOM. then said THEY HAD TO ORDER MORE PARTS for a missing piece. Also at this point (Friday) ***** said he doesnt have a mechanic, he would be hiring one on Saturday (next day) and that I could come in on Monday. He was saying I could take it to my friend but then there is no warranty.1. Took to *****, since needed car and car was quoted to be done three days prior. 2. Pulled up to ***** on that day with a sudden flat tire and MASSIVELY overinflated tire. ***** has never seen anything that bad they said. (See pictures) AND BROKEN UNDERCARRIAGE should have been fixed way differently Quoted *****. ***** says 1. Original problem was BLOWN HEAD GASKET FOR LOOSE VALVES @ *****. MISDIAGNOSED. The apparent first step for a misfire is to check pressure in cylinders. A1 admits to not doing so FAILED TO DO THIS SINCE NO MECHANIC was there. 2. HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 3k FOR NEW TIRE, for HEAD GASKET AND labor ON TOP OF THE 6k THAT ***** TOOK.

    Business Response

After reviewing all the facts, I respectfully decline your demand. Our services were provided in a competent. On 02/10/2025, you stated vehicle non-working, engine blinking, and we diagnosed it  with a misfire code (P0304) in cylinder number 4, and we recommended to replace the spark plugs as they were old and gaped, the engine oil was dirty as the maintenance light was on. The vehicle was repaired, the check engine light went away, and it was not blinking any longer, and you were so happy that you wrote a nice 5 star review, and  you did not have any problems or complaints with the work that was done. Almost 2 months later, you came in for other issues NOT RELATED to the previous work, and stated battery or fuel pump, brakes, a/c recharge", windshield tank is cracked, undercarriage". The technician noticed a portion of the undercarriage was ripped and zip tied. After you approved us to order the  missing piece, and after we had replaced the brakes, 4 new tires, the WINDSHEILD  WATER PUMP  the only one piece that could secure the hanging piece was arriving the next day, and at that time, we had no choice to secure the piece we installed to the hanging portion with zip ties in order not to fall off or  rub the ground but the next day on 04/02/2025, you came in and stated something else is  now dragging on the bottom and / or undercarriage by the wheel and requested a service to find out what it is, and front right fog light is broken from accident, and rear right brake light is out. When the technician started to bring your vehicle in, he noticed the vehicle was in some kind of accident, and the CHECK ENGINE light was on before even, he brought the vehicle in. He noticed the lower floor cover underneath we had secured the day before got cut, ripped. The new piece was coming late but unfortunately you Demanded to pick your vehicle up right at 2:00 pm. We did not touch the engine or transmission as we did not need to at all.
