    My son bought a kit of security cameras containing four Q4 4MP cameras and a base. I set them up originally and had some issues with the software but was very impressed with the quick responses and help. There were still issues with recording but I think we could have worked that out. When I began having issues with cameras, I called the support number because I needed immediate help. There was so much interference on their end I could not understand but a few words. I advised the *** I needed to call back for better connection as I have some hearing deficiencies. I made two more phone attempts that resulted the same. I made several other calls on the same days to other businesses and individuals with no difficulties, indicating the problem was not on my end. I emailed several times asking for help with two cameras that had completely stopped powering up suddenly after two months. I asked for a link to a video showing how to ***lace the batteries and help getting them working again. I have never received a single communication, no emails, no text messages, no voice mail, that I could find. Its been weeks, I believe over a month, but I would have to check dates to verify exactly how long. Def too long to be acceptable I am in the process of moving and the cameras that were supposed to let me watch our dog and new house while we were at the old house are useless. I was trying to get help when I needed it most. Now I need to buy a working system from another company to install and protect at the new house. Because of complete lack of communication and the loss of use, I would just like to return the cameras for a refund to my sons card so we can find another product and company. I have no reason to believe this company will be reliable in the future, even if this non working camera issue is resolved, so I will not be purchasing any other products from them. I do not care to do business with a company that requires complaints with the BBB to get a response.
