    I have already filed a complaint on County Connections Paratransit. ************* ******** it was closed they responded advising me that they were going to refund my $50. I still have not receive my refund in full from County Connections Paratransit.

    Hello *** per our conversation to there response on my original complaint were I accepted the terms that my refund was being issued, and the paper was pending. As of today, Friday, April 12, 24, I have not receive a refund check.

    I prepaid for paratransit services that my brother didn't used, his health care provider Contra ***************** provides transportation to his medical appointments. I contacted ***, back in Sept, 2023 left her a detailed VM and she never returned my call. I also went to their physical location,********************************, spoke with a Safety Supervisor, *******************************, on Thursday, Sept, 21, 2023, he taken all of the information ****** account : *********, gave me his email address to follow-up ****************************** , and he never responded to my email. ****** had a below knee amputation and a bad infection in his right foot that also had to be partially amputated, he is in a wheelchair and is prone to infection and can't transport on a public bus.

    While we certainly apologize for the delay of the reimbursement, Transdev is a contractor providing service for the local transit agency and we are processing refunds per the policy of the agency we serve. We have made a request to process this refund and will do as quickly as possible, I will follow up with ***************** once the request has been completed and the refund is processed and being sent. Thank you

    My mother passed away and I notified County Connection Link to see if she had a credit on her account.***** was suppose to take care of the refund of $60.00. It has been approximately 2 months and I still haven't heard from her. Please process refund for my mom who has passed away. Thanks for your help.
